Shipping Policy

• Original paintings and limited editions are handled with extreme care.
• Shipping times vary based on the destination and the complexity of the crating required for the specific piece.
• Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Original Artwork Returns

Due to the unique and delicate nature of original paintings, all sales of original works are final. We encourage collectors to review all high-resolution images and descriptions carefully before purchase.

Limited Edition Prints

• Returns for limited edition prints are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was received.
• Requests for returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original, protective packaging.

Damage in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the packaging and the artwork immediately. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange for a resolution.
